Building Permit

Requirements:

  1. In case the applicant is the registered owner of the lot:

    1. Certified true copy of OCT/TCT, on file with the Registry of Deeds

    2. Tax Declaration

    3. Current Real Property Tax Receipt

  2. In case the applicant is not the registered owner of the lot in addition to the above:

    1. Duly notarized copy of the Contract of Lease or Sale

    2. Duly notarized copy of the Deed of Absolute Sale

  3. Barangay Clearance

  4. Five (5) sets of survey plans, design plans, specifications, and forms signed and sealed by:

    1. Architect, in case of architectural documents

    2. Civil Engineer, in case of civil/structural documents

    3. Professional Electrical Engineer, in case of electrical documents

    4. Professional Mechanical Engineer, in case of mechanical documents

    5. Sanitary Engineer, in case of sanitary documents

    6. Master Plumber, in case of plumbing documents

    7. Electronics Engineer, in case of electronics documents

    8. Environmental Planner who is also an architect or civil engineer in case of developmental/environmental documents

    9. Interior Designer, in case of interior design documents

    10. Geodetic Engineer, in case of lot survey documents

Building Permit (Within the declared Heritage Village) :

Requirements:

1. In case the applicant is the registered owner of the lot:
a. Certified true copy of OCT/TCT, on file with the Registry of Deeds
b. Tax Declaration
c. Current Real Property Tax Receipt

2.In case the applicant is not the registered owner of the lot in addition to the above:
d. Duly notarized copy of the Contract of Lease or Sale
e. Duly notarized copy of the Deed of Absolute Sale

Fencing Permit

Requirements:

o Fencing permit form (NBC Form No. B-03) 5 copies duly signed & sealed and notarized
o Fencing Plan- 5copies
o Bills of materials and Cost Estimates-5 copies
o Specifications- 5 copies
o Lot Plan with Certification of a Geodetic Engineer that proposed fence will not encroach on adjoining properties.
o Transfer of Certificate Title (TCT)/ Original Certificate Title (OCT) 2 copies
o Deed of Sale/Lease of Contract/ Contract to Sell, if the OCT/TCT is not in the name of the owner/ applicant 2 copies
o Certified true copy of Latest Tax Declaration 2 copies
o Certificate of Real property Tax Payment/ Current Tax Receipt copies

Permit for Temporary/Permanent Electric Service Connection

Demolition Permit

Requirements:

o Demolition permit form (NBC Form No. B-08) - 5 copies duly signed and sealed and notarized

o Sketch Plan/ Vicinity Map/ Location Plan – 5 copies

o Certified true copy of Latest Tax Declaration – 2 copies

o Certificate of Real Property Tax Payment/ Current Tax Receipt
